A crimson-stained glare
Piercing through the endless black
Tempting with false innocence
Tainted by sadistic whispers
Trapped in shackles of follies past
Drowning in the toxic waters
Sweetened by inner lust
And indulgent pseudo-superiority
But, as I swat the flies away,
My soul rotting in mortification,
Bitter nostalgia stays my hand
Allowing the sea to consume everything
As the demon within assimilates
All that remains of the shattered me.
Licking his lying lips and brutal fangs
Up on his perverted perch,
His true colors taint my reputation
As I dissolve into my infinite sin.
In a long-forgotten grove
Where the fruits of folly grow free,
Flowing with the juices of lust
And self-indulgent vanity.
The trunks are crimson-stain'd
By bloodshed of wars gone past
That left the kingdoms desolate
At the hands of relentless wrath.
Twisted by ambition and greed
Their arrogant wills bore envy's seed
And when their plots finally flowered
They were consumed in those final hours
And as the nations fell to ruin,
The heavens too began to rot away;
Leaves descend onto the forsaken world,
Trapped in the birthplace of moral decay.
Logic inverts,
Darkness descends;
Madness is king,
Reality bends.
In jagged peaks
Wrought in despair
Lies a crimson sea
That imprisons the austere.
Writhing tentacles
Coupled with a jagged grin,
Devouring virginity and innocence
While replacing it with sin.
Optimism incinerates
With each revelation
Under the harsh, orange glow
Of the sky-bound desolation.
Morality's lies
And illusions of heroism
Exist no longer in a world
Scarred by hateful theism...
Coiling around swiftly
Like a serpent in the night
With fangs bared and ready
To siphon away the light
Weaving its bladed webs
In the deepest of shadows;
Ripping sanity from madness
While trapping bereft echoes.
With remorseless eyes,
It hunts its unwary prey;
Hungering for innocence,
Its presence a steady decay.
Once the parasite has laid its mark,
Its poor vessel's fate is sealed
Until that one fateful, bloody night
When their weakness is revealed
A weapon bathed in discord and cruelty
Wielded by a warrior with a frigid glare
Severs the bond between victim and louse
Without shattering the stagnant air.
The ni
Whispers down the corridor,
Tension smoldering with frozen breath;
Planning for the imminent end
To the tyrant in their delusion.
Twisted by self-righteous lies,
They weave their foolish plan,
And with a single gunshot,
They succeed in their petty task.
But, in the grand scheme of the world,
What did they actually achieve?
Are they truly 'heroes'
Who slew the mighty dragon
Breathing fire down their throats?
Or are they misguided fools
Whose mistake stained a golden age
In the deepest crimson?
Ascending towards the endless sky
Without questioning the reason why;
We wish to reach the very top,
Though nothing awaits us when we stop.
Twisted by ambition and greed,
Our supple wills bear hatred's seed,
And when at last it flowers,
We come upon our darkest hours
War and pestilence everywhere;
Blood stains an innocent's hair.
Peace and love perish in the fires
Fueled by our species' selfish desires.
No matter how much we try to erase
The sins that etched sorrow into our fate,
Despair has become our destiny,
Bringing only intolerance - and subsequent agony
If there is mercy left in this world,
It must be in the
A wintry bloom
The black rose's embrace
Tragedy taints the air
Crimson stains the grey
Fangs sink into supple flesh
With poison so very sweet
The world shatters like glass
Before eyes blackened by deceit
A bitter caress
Ripping, amorous claws
Sensuality fails
The soul's too frigid and raw
Rime-glazed eyes
Total oblivion
The dream unraveled
Threads of corruption
Within the mirror
Choked by mist
Becoming clearer
An ever-growing cyst
Selfless desire
Merged into one
Never retires
To the sound of the beating drum
Searching through darkness,
Never to find
The burning restless
Within my mind.
Forever running
From my shattered past;
Forever yearning
For one final task
Trapped in a mirror,
Trapped in the mist;
Becoming clearer,
The visage twists.
Conscious unknowing
Clouds every thought;
The hatred's growing,
Yet all for naught
Resounding image
Trapped in the rime:
Receive this message
Drifting through time.
Searching for meaning
Where there is none;
What are you gleaning?
What have you done?

True Entropy Chapter IV
As I am heading back to class, I spot a pale, black-haired boy with an intriguing amulet around his slender neck staring deep into the eyes of an enchanted girl with his slender crimson orbs as he places a tender kiss upon her outstretched hand. And I just when I thought fairytale idiocracies were fading into obscurity as well Disgusting.
Noticing my fascination with the couple as he walks up, Kohaku exclaims with a chuckle, "Looks like Yamigari-kun has already found someone on his first day Quite amazing, isn't he, Yumechi-san?"
I reply curiously as I raise my eyebrow in intrigue,
Concealed in a crown of azure flames,
Lies fester in the presence of bitter'd honey
While salty torrents of sorrow resonate
With an ominous whisper of pure despair
A lantern pierces through the frigid shadows
With the light of a thousand strong,
But is quickly extinguished
By the tragedy of a thousand more.
The heavens are ablaze and forsaken
As the blood of angels soak the earth
While the mortals weep dry and desolate
For the collapse of their divine guardians.
The tales of old unravel before their eyes
As they succumb to their fears and follies,
Dyeing the streets in a wicked crimson
As the wind turns silent once more..
